Survived Christmas

Well as you can see, I made it through the holidays....almost in one piece lol

Christmas eve was very nice...my grandparents came over as did my brother and his girlfriend Aubrey...we had a very nice diner and laughed alot...it was so good to see my brother...I had missed him so much.

We spent Christmas morning at my house...unwrapping presents and being with my mom...then we were off to Kens parents house...

It was nice there...there was alot of laughing, teasing and family moments...

Kens dad played santa to all of the kids...they were in heaven...

We had a honey baked ham, goose and all the fixings for diner...theres a small story to go with the goose lol...Kens dad wanted a christmas goose, all the movies and stories brag about the christmas goose...so he went on a search for one...and found it...he had never had goose, never even knew you could buy one...so we had christmas goose, or they had goose...I stuck with the ham lol...

Ken and I got a gift certificate for 150 at Edo-Ya's So we had a very nice night out alone last night...we seldom ever have time for just us, Ashley gets upset when we do lol, so we usually have her with us no matter where we go...it was a great diner...and we still have 90 bucks left on the card lol...

The day after Christmas we took Ashley and Alex to the mall (they each got mall gift certificates worth 100) we though that maybe 2 hours and they would have it all spent...nope...we were way off lol...the girls shopped for 6 hours...yep you heard me right...6 freakin hours...blah, I am not a shopper so it was pure torture lol...

As you can see the holidays were pretty good, not great but good...and I am glad that we all had such a good time...

Ashley made out like a bandit...she got a ton of stuff, her favorites were her cell phone and her make-up kit (childrens make-up) oh and her animal vet computer game lol...so things worked out for us after all
