School Ending

My daughter is devistated that school is over in 3 days...she loves school and this is making her so sad. She wrote her teacher a letter thanking her and all that, it is so cute...says she doesn't want to go to the 6th grade because she loves her teacher, but she will because its one step closer to her goal of being an author. Ashley is a special kid, but a sumer off for her is going to be tough...she loves school, loves homework, and loves her friends, so without it she is going to drive me insane lol...

today when I went and got her she was crying...telling me how much she was going to miss Mrs Brannon and all her friends, she will see alot of them over the sumer, but thats not the same for a 10 year old.

Next month my baby will be 11 on the 19th...she wants to have a sleep over and thats all fine for me, I love her friends, her 2 best friends are straight A students like her and they all love to research stuff, its adorable...they started an animal loving club and each week they choose a new animal to research and study, its cute...She also wants us to rent her one of those big blow up water slides for her and kens nieces and nephews, we are looking into it...lol cause she also wants us to get her a dance pad for her play station which is 100 and then 39 for the game lol, my mom is getting her a trampoline for the back yard, and my dad is sending her some money...I am hoping to get ahold of my brother for them to have a special day just for the 2 of them...she misses that alot...I will write why it never happens any more later.

She was talking to me today about not wanting to grow up lol, I wish I could have stopped the clock long afo, but I am proud of my little girl, today was her awards ceremony and like always she got every award, and after that she had her GATE build off...they had to build an 8 inch tower out of spaghetti, elbows, marshmellows, tooth picks and straws...it has to be able to hold up a strawberry basket at the end and who's ever held the most nails after that would win...well Ashleys group was the only that stood up at all lol it was so much fun...I go to everything at her school that she feels is important in her life and then some lol...I have gone on every field trip, been to every school event, every moment she was presenting something or anything lol...I love watching her work so hard for what she wants.

Well I am gonna let you all go because I have so much to do to get ready for her last day :)
