Shopping Bites

Man people are so darn rude when out shopping...we went to Costco today to get a gingerbread house kit and it was like a freakin mad house...this huge woman pushed Ash out of her way to grab a game Ash was looking at and the mama lion in me snapped, I wanted to kill the woman...yesterday we went shopping to get some more decorations as well as new stockings for all the animals...it was crazy...we had to wait in line for like 30 min...people grab things out of your hand and your cart...ughhh people are so rude during this time....

Our front yard looks pretty nice, funds are tight around here so every year we buy a little more...this year was a huge snowman and a bear, they are cute...so we have the icicle lights, candy canes lining the walk, light nets on the bushes, Mr and Mrs Claus, the nut cracker and a bunch of signs...we are the only house decorated on our block...alot of people bought the big blow up globes and stuff this year and a group of teens went down the street and slashed them all...its horrible that people can't even decorate with out fear of it being stolen or destroyed where I live...we deflate the large snowman at night (around midnight) bring the bear in and move everything to the front door so if theres the slightest noise my dog will bark and since I am awake all night I will be able to save our decorations, just sucks when you have to live like this...

I am trying hard to find the christmas spirit, and at small moments I am there, like today 2 little twins (2 years old) came to see our decorations and wanted to touch them...they were so cute, they were so in love with the bear lol it was funny...I got to hold them and talk to them, they were so precious :o) Or when Ash got so excited over her new stocking...its a dog and the ears wiggle and it plays jingle bells when you squezz the paw lol...those are the moments I treasure...

We got my dogs some cute new collar and leash sets...my little Lady got a Lady (lady and the tramp) pink collar with bows and a matching leash and my big old man Puppers got a pluto collar with a matching leash lol they look so cute on them...as we go for alot of walks the new leashes were needed, the sets were just to cute to pass up...I need to go get them new tags so they look better lol...yes I spoil all my animals...we got each dog a stocking...Lady's is in the shape of a bone and it has a place to put her picture its so cute...Puppers is pink as well and shaped like a bone (only color they had for dogs was pink lol) and on it it says I promise I will be better santa lol with a dog begging for a bone...the cat got a fluffy white one that Ash is going to decorate...and yes we even got something for the fish...a sign that says no skinny dipping to put in his tank lol...we also got toys to put in the stockings...my mom bought it all, she spoiled us a little...

Ashley is once again getting straight A's, I got all the print outs from her teachers...she is amazing. She loves school and never has to be asked twice to do her homework...she changes almost daily...I see my baby dissappearing and a beautiful goofy young woman taking her place...she is going through a black faze right now (I think everyone went through one). She wears mostly black, but not all scarey looking lol...she wears converse (I had to get my skater style in there somwhere) basic jeans and a black fitted shirt with one of her many black hoodies lol...her hair is so thick and so long its beautiful, she has darker hair than me, its kind of brown with batural highlights in it, she looks almost exactly like me, I see none of her dad in her, only her temper lol...she is truely a good kid, the one all the other parents love and the teachers tend to spoil lol and she has great friends as well, well most of them anyways...a few, well I am not to sure of lol...they are wanna be EMOs and they look goofy and half dead, and one says shes bi...I guess its what ever floats the boat lol just glad its not my baby...

Ken is doing good...hes liking work more...I know he feels bad because he to wants to give Ash everything she wants, and we just can't this year...there have been a ton of medical emergencies and meds we have had to buy, the sickness's of the animals and all the little things that pop up when your child goes to a school where they cater to the rich people...they can only wear school issued sweats for PE(45 a set), have to have money for certain classes (so far 75 bucks), books(65), shirts for clubs that they have to join(shirt was 30, all the supplies 25), lunch money(3 bucks a day)...every week we have to struggle to come up with 30 here and there for school, and now we are trying to come up with enough for her year book....

well I am off to finish watching th cosby show lol...sorry for the long ass post...just getting it all of my chest lol
